Keep a track at Traineo


You guys have heard me complain about the excess weight that I'm carrying around. I've signed up at Traineo to keep a track of my weight loss goal. I want to lose 15kgs in a year. I've signed up Ramesh as my motivator and he'll get weekly progress reports on how I'm faring. Hope to have fun along with losing weight! Anyone joining me at Traineo? We could have a LMOG group :D

Uj, the key is to balance intake with output. To loose weight you should decrease intake and increase output. Really quick solution is to cut down what you eat by half. Drink plenty of water, stay away from anything remotely sweet and walk 45 minutes a day- should break into a sweat. If yu have access to a heart rate monitor, let me know. Ro

Ro, thanks for looking in and the advice. I'm following my own version of south beach. just have to get a bit disciplined about it. I will certainly up the quantity of water I'm drinking. Its gone down with the change in weather. The most important thing which you have pointed out is to exercise and i havent started that as yet :(. I'm trying to stay steady through this holiday season and will start in earnest once i return.
